Chambers opened its doors in the heart of Tribeca with a singular vision: to celebrate the finest ingredients the season has to offer, treated with precision and respect. Our kitchen is led by Executive Chef Michael Dorfman, whose approach to New American cuisine draws from the farmers' markets of the Hudson Valley, the fisheries of the North Atlantic, and the relentless creative energy of New York City itself.
